He joined Matsuura in 2021 as National Sales Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing the following year. In 2023, he was named President. His leadership reflects a clear commitment to the customers, distributor partners, and employees who are all central to Matsuura’s success. Bogue built his career on the shop floor, beginning with a rigorous apprenticeship at Newport News Shipbuilding. Over the next 14 years, he developed deep expertise as a machinist, mastering complex machining processes and earning the trust of his peers as a leader. He eventually moved into shop floor management, where he combined technical excellence with operational oversight to drive performance and quality.
